I remember Neil from Monteith Elementary School. I thought he was cute and I liked him a lot. Of all my years in school and they are many (BA, JD, MA), my favorite years were 4th, 5th and 6th at Monteith. The school was new. I suspect we were an experiment. For three years, we had the same teacher, Delma Champion, and the same classmates. I am still in touch with Bette Slavko Nelson and have fond memories of many of our classmates, including Neil.
